Adobe Certified Professional
This course will take new Adobe Creative Cloud users and teach them the necessary skills to work in the Graphic and Web Design fields and prepare them for the Adobe Certified Profession certifications. This course includes experience in Adobe’s most popular Web, Graphic, Print, and Visual arts programs including classes in Adobe Photoshop, where students will master the core skills that are common to many creative fields. Illustrator is the industry standard vector-based drawing program where the student can import or create an image and then transform that image using several drawing and shaping tools. InDesign is one of the best print and publication software available today. and Dreamweaver is the industry-leading website design and development tool to help you easily create responsive websites with HTML and CSS.
Adobe Graphic and Web Design Specialist Program
The Graphic and Web Design Specialist Program will train and educate students with approximately 150 hours of instruction and hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver).
The student will become familiar with product features and capabilities, as well as relevant career concepts. The student is generally self-sufficient and able to apply knowledge of graphic design principles to perform basic or routine tasks involved in their job role with limited assistance from peers, product documentation, or support services.
The student generally works in collaboration with colleagues or with supervision. Furthermore, the student will be able to answer most routine conceptual and applied questions about how to use Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver and usually does not have to refer basic questions to others.
They can speak credibly to other users or clients about what can be done with Adobe Creative Cloud software and how to use it effectively.
Each course is 7 weeks (112 hours of classroom instruction and 38 hours of hands-on training with the programs). The bundle is (28 weeks/448 of classroom instruction and 152 hours of hands-on training) tuition includes books and 1 certification exam for each title listed above. (Retakes are available if needed.)
